Mayor and Lifelong Resident of the City of San Juan Capistrano. Raised by immigrant parents who instilled the value of hard work and honesty. It has been my honor to serve as your Mayor and City Councilmember.

When re-elected, I will continue to utilize my critical thinking and problem-solving skills as a small business owner and respected civic leader for our city.

Finish paving our city streets;

Further increase Law Enforcement;

Increase Parking throughout District 1;

Prevent the building of the toxic battery farm;

Build the Skate Park in 2025!

Together, we have accomplished great things for San Juan Capistrano, including:

Major road improvements including widening and paving city streets, adding bike lanes, enhanced safety features, and sidewalk repair throughout District 1;

Increased law enforcement in District 1 and the downtown;

Invested in the Beautification of our historic downtown;

Improved streetlights and reduced energy costs;

Initiated, expanded and improved the city trolley service;

Improved and expanded city parks;

Increased job opportunities for District 1 residents;

Balanced every city budget.
